Compensaciones Con Saldos A Favor

Decreto 352 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamentan los artículos 7°, 9°, 12, 14 y 16 de la Ley 814 de 2003.

Compensaciones con saldos a favor . Los Sujetos Pasivos de la Cuota para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico que presenten saldos a favor en sus declaraciones podrán

Imputarlos dentro de su liquidación en la declaración del período inmediatamente siguiente, así de la imputación resulte un nuevo saldo a favor;

Solicitar su compensación con deudas referidas a cuota, retenciones, intereses y sanciones por concepto de la Cuota para el Desarrollo Cinematográfico, a cargo del solicitante.
