Hasta que se establezca la Oficina de Registro Nacional de Propiedad- Intelectual, las funciones de Director de tal registre serán desempeñadas por el Director de la Biblioteca Nacional; y, en consecuencia, este empleado se hará cargo, provisionalmente, de los libros de registro y demás efectos existentes en el Ministerio de Educación Nacional en virtud de lo dispuesto en la Ley 32 de 1886 .
