- SANCIONES POR MORA. En caso de mora en el pago de los impuestos Predial, de industria y comercio al sector financiero y de circulación y tránsito de vehículos automotores se aplicarán las sanciones que para el mismo efecto están establecidas respecto del impuesto de renta y complementarios (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 260).
