º . Los libros, revistas o folletos, de carácter científico o cultural, impresos en Colombia gozarán de tarifa postal reducida, la que en todo caso no podrá ser superior al 50% (cincuenta por ciento) de la que se aplique a los libros y revistas editados e impresos en el exterior.
