Coeficiente de rendimiento de la operación de perfeccionamiento . El usuario del régimen establecerá el coeficiente de rendimiento de la operación de perfeccionamiento, basándose en las condiciones reales en las cuales se efectúa la operación. El coeficiente de rendimiento está sujeto a la aceptación de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. La descripción, la calidad y la cantidad de los distintos productos compensadores serán especificadas, luego de fijar el coeficiente mencionado.
