ARTICULO 182 . PROFESORADO DE LAS ESCUELAS DE FORMACION. Para ser profesor de la Escuela Nacional Penitenciaria de Formación Penitenciaria, se requiere la calidad de profesional con título de universidad reconocido por el Estado o ser oficial del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional o de la Fuerza Pública, Tecnólogos con título debidamente acreditado. El Director General del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, deberá determinar las categorías y demás requisitos que deben llenar las personas para ingresar al Escalafón Pedagógico Penitenciario.
