Responsabilidad en caso de privación de libertad. Si dentro del proceso penal adelantado respecto del adolescente, se ordena la privación de la libertad, los padres o personas responsables de su cuidado deberán realizar visitas periódicas al lugar de retención para conocer las condiciones del adolescente, participar y apoyar los procesos de resocialización e informar a la autoridad competente sobre cualquier anomalía que se presente en dicho lugar.
