Plazo de la investigación . Para realizar y dar por concluida la investigación, las autoridades dispondrán de un plazo máximo de ocho meses, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del acto que ordenó su apertura, incluidas las prórrogas. Dentro de dicho término y cuando se considere conveniente, el Incomex podrá pedir y allegar pruebas e informaciones de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona que demuestre interés en la investigación.
