° A partir del 1° de abril de 1975, cada año, la Empresa podrá ubicar a los empleados en la categoría inmediatamente siguiente a su salario en esa fecha, hasta llegar a la letra tope de su grupo.
Anualmente la Empresa irá eliminando en sus cuatro escalafones la categoría inicial o sueldo de ingreso, sustituyéndolo por la categoría inmediatamente siguiente y así sucesivamente.
