Cumplimiento inmediato. Las reso luciones relativas a la libertad y las que ordenan medidas preventivas, aun cuando estén contenidas en resolución apelable en el efecto suspensivo, se cumplirán de inmediato l o mismo que las resoluciones proferidas durante la investigación. También se cumplirán de inmediato, salvo las excepciones legales, los autos interlocutorios cuya apelación se conceda en el efecto devolutivo.
