Exclusión de algunas entidades del Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida . Para las entidades previstas en el inciso segundo del artículo 52 Y el artículo 236 de la Ley 100 de 1993, el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y el Ministerio de Salud en resolución conjunta podrán eximir de la adopción del Régimen de Recaudación de Aportes contemplado en el presente decreto, cuando las circunstancias lo ameriten.
