ARTICULO 90. GRADOS HONORARIOS. El Gobierno podrá conferir grado policiales con carácter exclusivamente honorario a ciudadanos colombianos y a oficiales, nivel ejecutivo, suboficiales, agentes, estudiantes y personajes extranjeros que hayan prestado servicios eminentes a la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
