Art. 69. Los administradores habitaran la casa en que esté la oficina para que vijilen en la seguridad de los tabacos i caudales que haya en ella. En las provincias donde haya edificios pertenecientes a la Republica, adecuados para el despacho de las administraciones de tabaco, se preferirán estos; pero pagando los administradores el alquiler en que se convenga con la junta de hacienda.
