Asesoría jurídica. La Defensoría del Pueblo, de acuerdo a sus funciones, brindará a las víctimas, de manera gratuita, inmediata y especializada, información, asesoría y orientación jurídica respecto de sus derechos y procedimientos legales a seguir.
