Las Armas De Colección Se Clasificarán En Dos Categorías: 1°

Las armas de colección se clasificarán en dos categorías: 1°. Armas de uso privativo 2°. Armas de uso no privativo

Parágrafo 1

Son armas de uso privativo de colección, las normalmente utilizadas por las Fuerzas Armadas, de que tratan los Artículos 9°. y 10 y todas las armas automáticas o semiautomáticas de tiro militar.

Parágrafo 2

Son armas de uso no privativo, además de todas las antiguas, las modernas que no queden en ninguna de las clasificaciones de armas de uso privativo. CAPITULO II Venta de armas
