Límite de horas extras. Los servidores públicos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil hasta el grado 16 tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de hasta sesenta (60) horas extras mensuales, exceptuando los funcionarios del nivel de control de tránsito aéreo quienes mantendrán un tope máximo de cincuenta (50) horas extras mensuales. Para el personal misional las horas extras remuneradas que sobrepasen el límite establecido, deberán ser avaladas por el Jefe de Área.
