A partir del primero de enero de 1964, la Imprenta Nacional no podrá publicar libros, revistas o folletos sin previa autorización concedida por resolución ejecutiva. En la resolución se determinará el número de ejemplares, características de la edición, que deberá ser siempre la más económica posible, así como el número de ejemplares que deban guardarse, y su tiempo de conservación.
