En cambio de los dos series de certificaciones de renta nominal que actualmente existen en circulación, emitidas en nombre de los Estados Unidos de Colombia, procederá el Ministerio del Tesoro a emitir cuatro nuevas series, correspondientes a los cuatro tipos de intereses que hoy reconoce y paga la Republica sobre los capitales nominales que constituyen dicha renta, a saber:

Certificaciones de renta nominal del 10% anual;

Certificaciones de renta nominal del 6% anual;

Certificaciones de renta nominal del 4½% anual;

Certificaciones de renta nominal del 3% anual.
