Reconocimiento prima de actividad. Para los efectos previstos en el artículo 102 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, la Policía Nacional y la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, procederán de oficio a hacer los reajustes correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Para el reconocimiento de este reajuste se tendrá en cuenta el tiempo liquidado en la correspondiente hoja de servicios policiales. CAPITULO III Por muerte en actividad.
