TRES MESES DE ALTA POR FALLECIMIENTO. A la muerte de un Agente de la Policía Nacional, en servicio activo, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecido en el presente estatuto, continuarán percibiendo durante tres (3) meses de la entidad que le venía pagando los haberes de actividad.
