Articulo 41. La Junta Directiva se reunirá cuandoquiera que fuere convocada por su Presidente o por el Gerente y por lo menos una vez por semana. Sus decisiones, acuerdos y resoluciones se harán constar por medio de actas que serán firmadas por el Presidente o quien haga sus veces, y el Secretario. Harán fe las copias que expidan con las firmas de tales funcionarios.
