Art 25° El Gobierno destinara de los productos de esta renta la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000 para la construcción de un templo en el puerto de Buenaventura. Esta suma la entregara el Administrador, por cuartas partes, cada tres meses, a la Junta de fábrica de dicha iglesia. El Administrador cuidará de que la suma expresada se invierta en el objeto a que se destina y sobre esto dará el informe del caso al Gobernador del Departamento del Cauca.
