Corresponde a la Corte y a los Tribunales, en su caso, declarar la vacante cuando los agraciados por el artículo 3º de la Ley 12 del presente año así lo soliciten en uso del derecho que les confiere dicha Ley. Mientras esa declaratoria no se haga, el Magistrado podrá continuar funcionando legalmente.
