° Aclárase el artículo 1° del Decreto 1123 del 15 de junio de 1993, en el sentido de que el doctor Rudolf Hommes, Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público no viajará a la ciudad de Boston (Estados Unidos de Norte América) a entrevistarse con Jerry Haussman, Consultor en Materia de Telefonía Celular, como se había señalado y en cambio se desplazará a la ciudad de Washington D. C. a sostener conversaciones con integrantes del Banco Mundial y del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, BID.
