PATRIMONIO. El Patrimonio del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura, estará conformado por:

1. Los Bienes, derechos y obligaciones que a cualquier título haya adquirido o adquiera;

2. Las partidas que sean incluídas anualmente en el presupuesto nacional;

3. Los bienes pertenecientes a las entidades que determina el artículo 12 del Decreto 3154 de 1968, salvo los pertenecientes al Archivo Nacional;

4. El producto de las rentas que adquiera por prestación de servicios o por cualquier otro concepto, de acuerdo con las normas legales vigentes;

5. Los dineros que por cualquier otro título ingresen al Instituto.
