ART 174. Los que tuvieren noticias de que existe algún depósito de monedas de oro, plata ó cualquiera otro metal, falsas, raídas ó cercenadas, con el objeto de ponerlas en circulación, y no lo avisaren á cualquiera de las autoridades políticas ó judiciales del Distrito, del Departamento ó de la Nación dentro de tercer día, serán castigados como encubridores.
