Art. 3°. Obtenida que sea la propiedad de los mencionados terrenos, el Gobierno dejará en usufructo y á título gratuito, á los indígenas de Carlosama, la porción de esos terrenos que ellos tengan hoy ocupada y cultivada, y el resto lo apropiara para algún uso público, si lo creyere conveniente.
