ARTICULO 46 . Los extranjeros que deban registrarse ante el DAS, se identificarán dentro del territorio nacional con su tarjeta o cédula de extranjería. Los titulares de permiso de ingreso, de visa temporal, exenta de registro, de cortesía y empresarial se identificarán con su pasaporte vigente. Los titulares de las visas diplomática, oficial, de servicio y de servicio especial se identificarán con el carné que expide la Dirección General de Protocolo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
