Obligación De Las Entidades Territoriales

Obligación de las Entidades Territoriales. Corresponde a los Gobernadores y Alcaldes y a las Secretarías Departamentales, Distritales y Municipales de Salud el desarrollo de las siguientes actividades

a)

Difundir, en el ámbito de su jurisdicción, las medidas establecidas en el presente decreto.

b)

Realizar actividades de movilización y concertación social para garantizar el cumplimiento del presente acto.

c)

Desarrollar campañas de promoción para evitar el consumo abusivo de alcohol.

d)

Desarrollar, dentro de la red de Instituciones Prestadoras de Salud, campañas de educación sobre los efectos nocivos del consumo abusivo de alcohol.

e)

Establecer estrategias que conduzcan al consumo responsable de bebidas alcohólicas con base en el principio de saber beber-saber vivir.
