Además de las disposiciones establecidas en el presente decreto, las instituciones de educación para el trabajo y el desarrollo humano que deseen expedir certificaciones de aptitud ocupacional para avaluadores, deberán cumplir con las normas aplicables a este tipo de instituciones, en especial las establecidas en las Leyes 115 de 1994 y 1064 de 2006 y los Decretos 2020 de 2006 y 4904 de 2009 o las que las sustituyan o modifiquen.
