Art. 3.° Facúltase igualmente al Poder Ejecutivo para que, hecha la liquidacion correspondiente, mande pagar, con arreglo a las respectivas disposiciones legales, los intereses que se adeuden a la escuela i fundaciones espresadas; pero dicha liquidacion en ningun caso comprenderá réditos anteriores al 19 de julio de 1866.
