Al funcionario o empleado público que abusando de sus funciones penetre en una habitación o la registre, se le impondrá prisión de seis meses a dos años. Si el abuso consistiere en introducirse en tal lugar sin la observancia de las formalidades señaladas por la ley, la sanción de que trata el inciso anterior se reducirá a la mitad.
