Los Jefes, Oficiales é individuos de tropa que fueren separados del servicio activo por causa criminal, gozarán de la tercera parte del sueldo, los primeros, y de la ración diaria, los últimos, durante el juicio; mas si tuvieren pensión no se les abonará suma alguna por sueldo.
