La Junta Directiva tiene autonomía para determinar la clasificación y nomenclatura de empleados de acuerdo a las necesidades inherentes a la institución. Igualmente, determinará los sueldos, primas y bonificaciones del personal al servicio del Hospital, sin sujeción a la Escala de Sueldos de los trabajadores civiles del Ramo de Guerra, ni a la de los demás empleados de la Administración Pública.
