Artículo noveno. Los contribuyentes que no hayan presentado la liquidación privada de sus impuestos, estando obligados a hacerlo, pagarán la "Cuota de Rehabilitación y Fomento" con base en la última liquidación practicada, mientras no se surta la notificación de los impuestos de renta, complementarios y adicionales correspondientes al año gravable de 1952.
