Particularidades del régimen de prestaciones y beneficios. Las cotizaciones a los Sistemas de Seguridad Social en Salud y Pensiones serán pagadas por el empleador en las condiciones establecidas por el Decreto número 806 de 1998 o el que lo sustituya, modifique o adicione, quien podrá recobrar al Fosfec, a través de la Caja de Compensación Familiar que haya atendido al trabajador suspendido, las sumas que correspondan a las cotizaciones, sobre un (1) salario mínimo mensual legal vigente durante el periodo de protección que corresponda.
