Articulo 22. De la convocatoria . La convocatoria la hará el Jefe del respectivo organismo o entidad del Sistema, o la autoridad en quien se haya delegado esta función, con no menos de quince (15) días calendario de anticipación a la fecha señalada para la realización del concurro. Dicho término podrá prorrogarse, a juicio de la autoridad que convocó el concurso.
