El Ministerio del Interior en coordinación con la Contraloría General de la República y la Contaduría General de la República, en conjunto gestionarán la creación de una aplicación gratuita contable para las Juntas de Acción Comunal. El Ministerio del Interior deberá disponer de las capacitaciones necesarias a los dignatarios sobre su manejo.
