La Dirección de Educación Pública del Magdalena, mediante licitaciones sobre avalúo pericial, distribuirá, cuando lo estime oportuno, el resto de las tierras que se ceden, en calidad de arrendamiento, entre colonos y cultivadores, por lotes de 25, 50 y 100 hectáreas, para lo cual se fijarán cuotas equitativas.
