Articulo 12 . Requisitos del personal. El personal que labora en las fábricas de bebidas alcohólicas y de alcohol deberá poseer: a). certificado medico en el que conste la ausencia de enfermedades infecto-contagiosas. b). estar dotado de vestuario adecuado para su respectivo trabajo como botas, guantes, gorro, overol o delantal. Estos elementos se mantendrán en perfectas condiciones de conservación y aseo.
