Las entidades aseguradoras podrán ofrecer un seguro de desempleo independiente del Mecanismo de Protección al Cesante, fijando privadamente los términos del mismo.

Parágrafo

Las personas que voluntariamente quisieran tomar este seguro lo podrían hacer directamente con las Entidades Aseguradoras
