Las estaciones de telecomunicaciones, que al momento de la expedición de esta norma, utilicen las frecuencias del servicio móvil marítimo, contaran con un plazo de seis (6) meses para cumplir los requerimientos exigidos en el presente decreto y demás disposiciones vigentes.
