Art. 26. Las penas de la calumnia o la injuria inferida a la memoria de los muertos, no se impondrá a los responsables sino cuando se demuestre que éstos han querido herir por ese medio Leonor de los herederos consanguíneos o afines vivos, quienes podrán usar también en tal caso del derecho de respuesta de que trata el artículo 12.
