Modificase el artículo 8º del Decreto número 1419 de 31 de julio de 1958, en el sentido de suspender la prohibición de no conceder el carácter de planteles pilotos a establecimientos distintos de los enumerados en la providencia citada, y extender este carácter a otros institutos de educación.
