Las oficinas habilitadas para el Servicio de Giros no podrán recibir envíos de valores declarados para oficinas destinadas que tengan tal servicio; dichos envíos deben aceptarse como giros postales ordinarios. Sólo pueden recibir valores declarados cuando sean oficiales con destino a una oficina que esté suspendida en virtud del aparte c) del artículo 4º del presente Decreto.
