Art. 3.° En caso de demandarlo motivo grave de interés público, tendrá el Gobierno la facultad de relacionar cualquiera línea de propiedad particular con las nacionales de la manera que estime conveniente. Quedan en estos términos adicionadas y reformadas las disposiciones anteriores en este Ramo. Publíquese.
