ARTICULO 131. Seducción, usurpación y retención ilegal de mando. El que, con el propósito de cometer delito de rebelión o de sedición, sedujere personal de las Fuerzas Armadas, usurpare mando militar o policial, o retuviere ilegalmente mando político, militar o policial, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro meses a dos años.
