Régimen de personal. A los empleados de Migración Colombia les aplicará en materia de administración de personal y de carrera el régimen general establecido para los servidores de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional. El régimen salarial y prestacional aplicable a los empleados de Migración Colombia será el que señale el Gobierno Nacional en desarrollo de las facultades otorgadas en la Constitución y en la Ley 4ª de 1992.
