Los empelados públicos cuando tengan conocimiento del fallecimiento de un pensionado lo avisarán al Ministerio del Tesoro, enviándole a la vez la partida de defunción para que éste haga la baja correspondiente. El mismo aviso se dará al Ministro de Guerra para su anotación en el Estado Mayor General.
