Los jueces, al librar la orden de detención de un menor, de edad comprendida entre los dieciséis y los dieciocho años, suministrarán al Director del establecimiento carcelario que deba cumplirla los informes necesarios para la aplicación de las medidas estatuidas por el artículo anterior.
